  • All prints are produced and shipped by a specialist fine‑art print lab using the Creativehub dropshipping service.​
    They handle the professional giclée printing, careful packing and delivery directly to you, on our behalf.

  • Your print is made to order and usually dispatched within 2–5 working days.​
    After dispatch, typical delivery times are: 6–10 working days for the UK and most of Europe, 6–10 working days for the USA and Canada, and 6–15 working days for the rest of the world.​
    These timeframes are guidelines rather than guarantees, but they’re a good indication of when you can expect your artwork to arrive.​

  • Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size of your print.​
    Print‑only orders to the UK and EU/EEA usually ship via standard post, with the option in some regions to upgrade to express courier.

  • If your order seems unusually delayed beyond the timeframes above, get in touch and we’ll check the tracking and liaise with our print partner.​
    If a shipment is confirmed lost, or there’s a major delay, we’ll offer a replacement or refund in line with our policy.​

  • Because prints go into production quickly, changes or cancellations are not always possible once an order is placed.​
    If you need to update details, contact us as soon as you can and we’ll let you know what we’re able to do.​

  • We accept major debit and credit cards, plus any additional payment methods shown at checkout, all processed securely.​
    All prices, currencies and any applicable taxes or duties are clearly displayed before you complete your order.

  • Limited editions are capped runs; once all edition numbers are sold, that artwork won’t be reprinted in the same format.​
    If a limited‑edition order is refunded or cancelled under our policy, the edition number may be returned to stock in our system.​
